Due to the high demand and our desire to provide exceptional service, we may need to limit enrolment in the upcoming deployments.  
 
Please submit all required information and documentation to prepare your institution promptly for the deployment. Your service agreement must be received by the deadline (see Deployment Timelines) to secure your deployment. Submissions past the due date will only be accepted if they are feasible given CCWS analyst capacity.

How to start your deployment

Step 1: Express Interest For Your Institution

Kick off your journey by filling out a quick, 2-minute interest form. This step is straightforward and requires no prior preparation. You can express interest in the student, employee, or both surveys. Please coordinate with your colleagues so that there is only one submission per requested survey for your post-secondary institution. Completing this step is not a commitment to participate.

Step 2: Application Submission

After Step 1, we will email you links to essential documents, guides, and templates. You will need to prepare documents, including ethics, service agreement, and payment. Typically, it takes about three months to collect and submit these.

Note: Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email within 10 minutes of your submission.

Step 3: Deployment Information

Completing Step 2 leads you to the final phase. We will send you an email with detailed instructions and a form for the deployment stage. At this stage you will need to provide us your desired survey invitation and reminders schedule as well as a list of participants. This step generally takes around 3 weeks to finish.
