- Typical deployment window: September-December
  - Surveys are typically open for at least 3 weeks between the stable enrolment date and when exams start.
- Express interest via the Interest Form: Spring 2025
  - Respondents will receive an email with the Onboarding Package available.
  - Information provided will be used to prepare the Service Agreement.
- Service agreement due: July 31, 2025
  - Provided after expressing interest via the Interest Form.
  - Payment due date: Please refer to the Service Agreement.
- Application information submission
  - Due: September 15 (or 3 weeks prior to survey launch, whichever is sooner)
  - Refers to documentation in [Guide] 1. Application (available in the Onboarding Package)
- Deployment information submission
  - Due: 2 weeks before survey launch
  - Refers to documentation in [Guide] 2. Deployment (available in the Onboarding Package)
